PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES


We have a number of areas in which we are different from traditional property management:

  • We have an owner's mentality. We approach our management services and tasks witha complete understanding of the owner's needs, goals and objectives for the property. We meet periodically with owners to renew and update their goals and objectives.
  • "Boots on the Ground". We are not content to manage from a desk and chair, but make frequent visits to each property to keep close watch on existing site conditions, and to maintain tenant relations.
  • Communication. We keep in touch with the customers (we don't call them tenants) by personal visits, letting them know that there is a person who cares about their business success.
  • Asset Management. We understand how to preserve and enhance the long-term value of a property by focusing on tenant retention, refinancing, space marketing, and providing a capital expenditure plan program for capital expenditures, all towards the goal of maximizing building value and increasing bottom line revenue.
